School Clubs

All Saints offers a range of clubs for pupils to enjoy after school . The programme of after school clubs for the academic year 2016/2017 is below.  At the start of each term children will be offered the opportunity to join a club. If you have any queries please contact the school office.

Dear Parents, 

After School Clubs for the SummerTerm 

Please find attached the choice form for after school clubs for the summer term.  The dates the clubs will run are on the attached programme of clubs.  Please note that due to the impact of reduced school budgets, we are prevented from purchasing the necessary resources to successfully run a club. We have therefore decided to ask parents to pay £2.50 per club per child and for this to be paid termly in advance.   We have resisted the need to charge previously but unfortunately if we are to offer clubs with the required resources there is no alternative but to make a small charge and we hope you understand 

If you would like your child to attend a club for the whole term then there are 9 weeks in total which would amount to £22.50 for the whole term. As you know, some clubs are heavily over-subscribed.  If this is the case, we will do our best to allocate every child’s first choice so it is important that you indicate their first, second and third choice on the form.  If clubs are undersubscribed then any second/third preference choices will be allocated.    

The SATs revision club will continue for children in Year 6 on a Tuesday, the last club being on 2nd May.  Please note payment for SATs revision club is not required.  From Tuesday 9th May, Miss Glover will run a topic club on a Tuesday which will be open to children from Years 3-6.  

 

Please return the form to the school office no later than Monday 3rd April so that we can allocate places without delay.  PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN ANY PAYMENT WHEN YOU RETURN THE FORM.  PLEASE AWAIT ALLOCATION OF CLUB PLACES AND WE WILL ADVISE YOU OF THE AMOUNT YOU NEED TO PAY.  Please note if a club has to be cancelled (and we will try to avoid this if at all possible) then a refund will be made.
